EstateScale Solutions (“EstateScale”, “we”, “us”) provides a business workspace for customer relationship management, property and agency records, accounting, documents, scheduling and related office tools. Information we handle

Google connections in Office Studio

When you use Google sign-in or Connect Google, EstateScale requests permission to connect the Google services below. Only permissions you approve are available. Google sign-in alone does not give EstateScale unrestricted access to your Google account.

ServiceAccess and purpose
Google DriveThe drive.file permission allows access to files created through the app or explicitly opened or selected for use with it. Office Studio uses this to create and reference documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and folders, and to display available file information or previews. It does not request access to every file in your Drive.
Google CalendarThe calendar.events.owned permission supports displaying upcoming events and creating meetings or events in calendars you own, including a Meet link when available.
Google TasksThe tasks permission supports listing task lists and tasks, creating lists and tasks, and marking tasks complete or reopening them when you choose those actions.
Google ContactsThe contacts.readonly permission reads names, email addresses, phone numbers and organization details to display and search your Google Contacts. Only contacts you select and confirm are imported into the chosen firm's CRM. EstateScale does not edit your Google Contacts.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, apply firm and role permissions, display and save records, carry out actions you request, provide connected office features, and support and maintain the service. Notifications and communication features use the relevant records and your selected recipients. You are responsible for having authority to enter or share other people's information.

Storage and retention

Account and shared business records are stored using the configured Firebase services. Some features also store account-scoped data or caches in your browser. Office Studio may retain file references, titles, links and project associations in the firm's app records and browser cache; connected files remain in Google Drive. Calendar events and Google Tasks are saved in the connected Google account. Contacts imported into CRM become separate firm records, including source identifiers used to avoid duplicate imports.

The current frontend keeps Google API access tokens in memory rather than intentionally saving them in browser storage or the application database. Access is cleared on disconnect, account change or expiry. Authentication sessions are managed separately by Firebase. Data is retained while needed to provide the workspace, until removed through available controls or a verified deletion request, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations and provider backup lifecycles. Clearing local browser data does not delete cloud records.

Sharing and service providers

Authorized users in your firm can access records according to their assigned permissions. Imported Google Contacts and saved Office file references can therefore be visible to permitted firm users. Firebase/Google services process data needed for authentication, storage and the Google features you use; hosting and configured integration providers process information necessary to deliver their services. When you deliberately send, export or share a record or document, the selected recipient or service receives that information. Optional messaging, campaign or AI tools may send the content selected for their operation to the configured provider; connect and use those tools only when appropriate for your data.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not give AI tools access to your connected Google account merely because you connect it. Human access to Google user data is limited to your explicit consent for specific information, security investigation, legal requirements or other permitted Limited Use exceptions.

EstateScale's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Optional AI calling pilot

When an administrator confirms an AI test call, the selected contact name and phone number are sent to Bolna to place the call. The configured Cloudflare backend processes the request and stores call status, provider summaries and transcripts privately for the administrator. Call history is scheduled for cleanup after approximately 90 days. Firebase sign-in tokens are used to verify access and read the selected CRM contact; the calling backend does not store those tokens. Provider records may have separate retention. Requests to stop calls must be respected and recorded by the administrator. No call is started merely by viewing a contact.

Your choices, disconnection and deletion

Security

The app uses authentication, firm and role permissions, and provider security controls to limit access. Keep your account and device secure, review access permissions and avoid sharing credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy changes

EstateScale is a business tool and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us. We will publish material changes on this page and update the effective date. If a new Google data use requires additional consent, we will request that consent before using data for that purpose.
